Law of Elements

This is a guideline to limit specifics to all users, while yes it would be amazing if you could learn every element, that just isn't the case nor is it allowed for more reasons than one. We want to make this site fair for all users including new comers, so we must put a damper of some sort to the element availability.

Basic Element Rules:

Users are allowed to learn only 3 of the basic elements
The basic elements are as followed, Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning, Wind
The first element is free but the other two require training to achieve.
Each training demands as 1000 WC of which only a thread that involves the training of the element can be accepted.

Advanced Element Kekkai Genkai (Two Elements Combined) Rules:

Users are allowed to learn only 2 advanced elements
In order to learn the advanced element the user must be one of the following

Have knowledge of the basic elements that combine to make the advanced element
Be of a clan that already has knowledge of the element of which runs in their bloodline IE: Uchiha with Blaze, Yuki with Ice, and so on so forth.

If you are part of a clan that has knowledge of the element then the element is free to use.
If you are just learning the element then you are required to train for it of which only a thread involving the training for the element can be accepted.
Each training demands 1500WC
All users have access to any advanced element as they are not limited to clans by no means, but they must follow that they can have 2 out of the vast majority of what is available in the Ninja universe.

Multi Element Kekkai Tota (Three Elements Combined) Rules:

Users are allowed to learn only 1 Multi Element.
In order to learn the multi element the user must undergo a certain type of training
The training will involve a Battle staff member of which the user must be of at least B rank.
The training will be a special mission which must be approved in which will result in them learning a Kekkai Tota or Ninja Technique.
If the user learns a Kekkai Tota then they can no longer learn any other Ninja Techniques IE: Kakazu's element stealing, Hidan's Jashinism, so on so forth.
In order to undergo such training the user must have knowledge of the basic elements to make the Kekkai Tota.
