Law of Standing

LAW OF STANDING


This rule is based on the fact that all users and NPC fall under a Standing Process, the standing process will open many doors but will close doors for you as well.  All users are allowed to be any stand point they want but will have to follow the rules that go with the standing they chose. Note that if they belong to a clan/bloodline that has a built in standing which are canon only then their character must be the equivalent of their clan or bloodline standing unless given approval from another staff member.  The rules of the standing are as followed.

• Any and all users that are D-C rank can only be base level standing meaning they can only be neutral to any of the standings meaning, Neutral Good, True Neutral, Neutral Evil. This is of course allowed to be changed if the clan and bloodline the user is connected to has otherwise in it's data base. 
  
• Any and all users that are B-A rank can have a lawful standing, this is of course allowed to be changed if the clan and bloodline the user is connected to has otherwise in it's data base.
  
• Any and all users that are S-SS rank can have a Chaotic standing, this is of course allowed to be changed if the clan and bloodline the user is connected to has otherwise in it's data base.
  
• Any user that is under the Good Standing is allowed to purchase items from the regular Ninja market as well as Neutral NPC, those with good standing have the ability to cut their word count requirements in half which can only be used once every 24hrs from use in real time.
  
• Any user that is under the Neutral standing are allowed to purchase from Neutral NPC and the black market.  Those with Neutral standing have the ability to opt out of a fight with a bs teleport which can only be used once every 24hrs from use in real time.
  
• Any user with Evil standing can only purchase from the black market and will be placed in the criminal bingo book and be hunted by both good and neutral standing users. Those with Evil standing have the ability to enhance their jutsu power by one full rank for the remainder of one topic but has a 24hrs from use in real time.
  
• Killing NPC and Users may or may not effect your standing depending on their standing. 
  
• Quests may or may not effect your standing depending on the requirements.
